Download and utilize the Connections Data Template for storing and coding your school's Connections Screening data. (The template will open in a new window or will begin downloading automatically, depending on your browser.)
Here are some important things to note about the template:
- First, you don't have to use this template. It is an option that Burrillville uses and other schools have found helpful.
- The second tab of this spreadsheet has definitions for each label and section.
- You may need to work with your school or district's technology or data specialist to explore how to download some student data into this spreadsheet (i.e., student id, IEP or 504 status, etc.).
- It is important to assign a code to each adult named in this spread sheet. This helps to keep initial data reviews more objective and increase staff members' comfort level with the use of such a spreadsheet.
When you are finished return to course homepage or move to the next activity.
